Personal Training

Here at James A Fitness I provide 1 to 1 personal training sessions in the Stamford area. Currently I train people at Westside Health and Fitness, Stamford Endowed Schools or in your own home. Your sessions will be both fun and rewarding in your effort to reach your fitness goals. I train clients with varying fitness levels and abilities so get in touch to discuss how we can help you!

Online Personal Training

If you aren't from the Stamford area but still want my help then I provide an online platform. With this you will get a personalised training plan, nutritional advice, weekly check ins and unlimited email support for any questions or queries you may have. 

Nutritional Support

If you are happy with your workouts but want that Nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals then I provide a consulation package to discuss your diet and suggest changes to help you get the body that you want.
